Yongsook (Hope) Stevens , B.S. SLPA
Hope received her Bachelor of Science in Speech Pathology & Audiology from James Madison University.
Hope has worked in a variety of settings including early intervention, private & public schools, and neurodevelopmental center. She has lived in Korea, England, Croatia and Indonesia, traveling all over Europe and Asia. Her favorite place so far has been New Zealand where there are more sheep than people! Hope started at ICAN in January 2022 and loves working in Pediatrics and with multidisciplinary teams.
She believes children learn best through play (moving, singing and being creative!) and expanding upon their personal interests. Hope’s areas of interest are early intervention, literacy and executive functioning skills.
When not at work, Hope loves to hike, photography and eating flavorful spicy food with her husband and kids.
