Access Your ICAN Patient Portal 

You can use the portal to check your appointments, update your contact information, download therapy and evaluation reports, and upload documents such as insurance cards, external evaluations, referrals, and release of information forms.

If it is your first time accessing the portal, please enter your email address on the login screen and click the Forgot Password button to send a password reset link. Each authorized representative (parent or caregiver) can login with their own email address and password. 

If you need to change your email address, update information for other caregivers, or if you can't login please call 425‑657‑0620 Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm.  


Navigating the Patient Portal

    • Check that you’re viewing your child’s account!

    • Use the drop-down menu in the top-right corner to switch between guardian, child, and sibling accounts.

    • Navigate to other sections of the portal from the Dashboard

    • Update personal information, insurance information, and add contacts.

    • Add and update Medical History

    • Patient Education: Home programs from therapists, ABA and Diagnostic reports

    • Visit Summaries: Speech, Occupational, and Feeding Therapy notes and reports

    • Upload documents (e.g., IEPs, diagnostic reports, etc.)

    • View the next 15 appointments

    • Request makeup appointments from cancellations

    • Update your patient portal password
