Getting started at ICAN

I’m looking for services, how can I become a patient at ICAN?

How much do services cost?

There are many factors that contribute to the cost of services including who your insurance provider is and what specific insurance plan you have. We run a complementary benefit check prior to services with us which will give you more detailed information on cost.

What insurances do you accept?

We accept most major insurances including: Aetna, Cigna, Premera, Premera Blue Cross, Regence, Regence Blue Cross, Kaiser (certain Kaiser plans), FCHN (certain groups), and United Healthcare (ABA only). We do not accept Medicare/Medicaid or State insurance plans.

Where can I see my benefit checks and appointment schedule?

Our Patient Portal gives you access to your benefit check information and upcoming appointments. If you need support using our Patient Portal, please refer to our guide found here.

Who do I contact in order to cancel an appointment?

Whether you are a new or returning patient, please cancel appointments by emailing the patients name, date of birth, date of appointment, and reason for cancellation to cancellations@i-can.center
