Janna Mortensen, MS, CCC-SLP

Director of Operations

Janna is a Speech-Language Pathologist and feeding therapist who has been with ICAN since 2018. Having been a clinician, manager, and now director at ICAN, she’s familiar with the entire patient journey. She is passionate about ICAN’s vision and creating an environment where talented clinicians can provide excellent patient care.

She originally moved to the PNW in 2010, but now considers the area her home. When not at work you can find her cuddling her cat, listening to audio books, and spending time with her family.

Theresa Stevenson, MS, LBA, BCBA

Assistant Director of Operations

Theresa is a BCBA and has been at ICAN since July 2022. She has worked in clinics, schools, group homes and in home. She enjoys collaborating and providing education for families. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, paddle boarding and playing soccer.

Meredith Glotfelty, MS, CCC-SLP

Lead Speech Language Pathologist

Meredith is a Speech-Language Pathologist who has been with ICAN since 2019. She grew up in Ohio, where she completed her bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in speech language pathology before relocating to Seattle with her husband. Meredith has clinical interests in parent training and empowerment, child-led play, and gestalt language processing. She is also passionate about mentorship, regularly supervising SLP graduate students. Meredith has been actively involved in many of ICAN's programs, including parent support group, social skills group, and aquatic therapy. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring new coffee shops, spending time with friends and family, and catching up on her favorite TV shows.

Morgan Lloyd, MS, BCBA, LBA

Head of Clinical Programming

I became a BCBA in February 2020, but started in the field as a toddler peer model for my brothers as they received ABA. I am passionate about ethical ABA, alternative communication, feeding support, and early intervention. I like to cook and read in my free time.

    I recently moved to Seattle over the summer from Milwaukee, Wisconsin with my boyfriend, Ethan and cat, Sunny. I am originally from Omaha, Nebraska and have enjoyed being able to live in a variety of different places and cities. After work I enjoy thrifting, swimming, trying new food spots, and going to the movies!

    Erin is a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant who has been with ICAN since the summer of 2025. Originally from Washington State, she attended college in San Diego, California, where she discovered her passion for speech and language while working with neurodivergent children. Erin has helped support children and adolescents of all abilities over the last decade in both school settings and private practice. She is dedicated to helping children build confidence and communication skills through meaningful, individualized support. Outside of work, she enjoys golfing, hiking, spending time with family and friends, and spending time with her dachshund, Peter!

  • Kelsey Sierra

    Kelsey is a licensed Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) who earned her Bachelor’s degree in Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences from San Diego State University and completed her SLPA licensure pathway through California State University, Chico. She is passionate about helping children find their voice and build confidence through meaningful communication. Kelsey has experience supporting children with a wide range of communication needs, including AAC users, bilingual learners, gestalt language processors, and children with developmental disabilities. She enjoys creating engaging, play-based therapy experiences while partnering with families and caregivers to help communication skills grow across home, school, and community settings. Outside of work, Kelsey enjoys reading, practicing yoga, and exploring local trails and coffee shops.

    Nicole found her calling while completing her undergraduate degree in Applied Behavioral Science with a concentration in early childhood education and autism intervention at the University of Kansas. While working on her undergraduate degree, she completed practicum as a behavior technician, a preschool teacher, and a research assistant for ABS doctoral students. She continued her education with a Masters of Education in Applied Behavior Analysis at the University of Washington, where she worked as a behavior technician and BCBA-in-training in an inclusive preschool among interdisciplinary teams. Nicole's educational experience as well as growing up with autistic siblings shaped her clinical interests in social skills, autonomy, group instruction, and natural environment teaching. Outside of work, Nicole enjoys reading, playing board games, and learning new creative hobbies.
