Gail Garza, MS, CCC-SLP
Director of Operations
A South Florida native, Gail moved to Boston to complete her masters degree in speech language pathology. After discovering her passion for working with autistic youth, she moved to Seattle to join the ICAN team because of it’s interdisciplinary team and values. Gail has a passion for teaching gestalt language processors and mentoring SLPs and other professionals on the importance of a child-led, strengths-based approach for children with language development differences.
Maria Giakoumatos, MS, BCBA, LBA
Assistant Director of Operations
Maria graduated with a dual BA in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Washington in 2017, and an MA in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University in 2020. Prior to joining the ABA field in 2017, she worked with various populations in behavioral settings - inpatient residences for children, at-risk adolescents in shelters, and animals. She specializes in using child-led and trauma-informed practices to support children with challenging behaviors. She is passionate about teaching children the necessary skills to access their education in the least restrictive way possible. In her free time, Maria enjoys reading, writing, and spending time with her little parrot.
Morgan Lloyd, MS, BCBA, LBA
Head of Clinical Programming
Morgan got started in the field of ABA as a kid, as a peer model for her autistic siblings. Her undergraduate degree in Psychology Science- Behavioral Neurobiology sparked her interest in early brain development. After working at a high intensity behavior school connected to Johns Hopkins University and The Kennedy Krieger Institute, Morgan got a Masters of Science in ABA from Northeastern University, with a focus in early intervention. Morgan’s family connection to autism has made her passionate about high quality, trauma-informed care that involves the family at every step. At ICAN, Morgan initiated and leads several programs, including LEAP, JUMP, and BCBA Residency. Outside of work, Morgan loves traveling, doing puzzles, and hunting through thrift stores with a McDonald’s Diet Coke.

Cameron Toughill, MS, CCC-SLP
Lead Speech Language Pathologist
Cameron initially became interested in speech therapy in high school while volunteering at a special needs school. She was inspired by the variety of ways students communicated and how access to language helped these children connect with their world. Cameron attended the University of Florida, where she received a BA in Communication Sciences and Disorders and a master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology.
Cameron went on to work in a variety of settings in Florida and Virginia including at a group home facility for adults with disabilities, private and public schools, and pediatric clinics. Upon moving to Washington in 2014, Cameron began working at ICAN, where she found a passion for collaborating on a multidisciplinary team and providing holistic care for her clients. Cameron became the Speech Department Lead, and through the years has found great joy in mentoring new clinicians, developing the team’s clinical skills, and building strong connections with the children and families that she serves. Cameron’s clinical interests include autism diagnostics, play-based therapy, early language development, augmentative and alternative Communication (AAC), and literacy.
When Cameron is not playing with her clients at ICAN, she is entertaining her own two children, Oliver and Simon, exploring local parks and children’s museums. She also enjoys watching college football (Go Gators!) and being bad at trivia.
Pooja Mehta, OTD/L
Lead Occupational Therapist
Pooja has earned her master’s and doctorate degrees from the University of Southern California and has experience working as an Occupational Therapist for 14 plus years in diverse settings. She has worked with the pediatric populations of ages from 0-14 in schools, in homes and clinics. She is SIPT (Sensory Integration and Praxis Testing) certified and her experience ranges from working with children with developmental delays, sensory processing disorders, autism spectrum disorder to genetic disorders, ADHD, picky eating, and learning disorders. When not working she enjoys cooking, trying out coffee places and travelling with her family.

Victoria Krehe, BA, SLPA
Victoria joined ICAN in June 2024 and is passionate about early intervention for speech, language, and feeding therapy. She’s currently working on her master's degree in speech-language pathology to further her education and experience in the field. In her free time, she enjoys trying new restaurants, recipes, and going on hikes with her dog, Louie.

Lanie Rowe
Lanie earned her Bachelor's of Science degree in Speech and Hearing Sciences from the University of Washington in 2014. She has served children ages 3-18 in various capacities, always with the aim to encourage them to achieve their potential. Born and raised in the PNW, Lanie stayed true to her roots and is an avid fan of both coffee and local music. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, exploring new coffee shops, and cheering on the Seattle Kraken!

Dr. Rosalee Hardy
Dr. S. Rosalee Hardy, M.D. is a respected physician specializing in Pediatrics, who provides exceptional care to patients with compassion and expertise. Dr. Hardy offers personalized healthcare solutions tailored to each patient’s unique needs, fostering trusting relationships and prioritizing open communication in every interaction.
Dr. Hardy achieved a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Florida, where she also laid the groundwork for her passion in healthcare through leadership and community service. While at the University of Florida, Dr. Hardy participated in an honors research initiative that explored utilizing the ketogenic diet for children with intractable epilepsy. Dr. Hardy went on to receive her Doctorate in Medicine from the American University of the Caribbean, completing clinical rotations at Jefferson Memorial Hospital in Miami, Florida.
Dr. Hardy completed her Pediatric Residency training at Jefferson Einstein Healthcare Network in Pennsylvania, where she was recognized with the Outstanding Research Award for her contributions to clinical quality improvement. Dr. Hardy is an advocate for pediatric neurodivergence awareness and education. Her work at ICAN continues to focus on the advancement of access to care.
Dr. Hardy enjoys spending time with her family, endurance running, and traveling. Dr. Hardy’s commitment to patient wellness ensures comprehensive, supportive care in a warm and welcoming environment.

Hi! I just graduated back in June with my masters degree and am so excited to learn and grow outside of my identity as a student. I was born and raised in the Seattle area and enjoy spending time amidst the chaos of my family, my partners family, and their many associated pets. A true child at heart, you can often find me swinging, climbing things, or laying on the floor.

Tianna Prowell, BS, BCaBA
While Tianna was getting her undergraduate degree in Honors Psychology, she was introduced to the field of ABA by becoming an RBT. Originally planning to become a therapist or psychologist, she heard about an opportunity to work with children with ASD implementing behavior analysis. After working as a BT for a few years, with encouragement from her supervisor, she began working towards a BCaBA certification. She completed the ABAI-verified course sequence, as well as the fieldwork hours and exam. She is passionate about combining neurodiverse affirming care with natural environment/play-based learning, with a special interest in early intervention. She has co-led multiple social skills groups, supervised 50+ behavior technicians and enjoys collaborating with other disciplines. Her hobbies include hiking, exploring, and spending time with her cats.

CJ Morgan, LABA
CJ discovered their passion for working with neurodivergent communities while employed as a summer camp counselor and adaptive lifeguard throughout their teen years in Geneva, IL. CJ graduated from Knox College in 2017, where they researched speech production in Parkinson's and earned a Bachelor's in Neuroscience & Music. CJ's ABA experience began in 2018 as an RBT, eventually leading to the pursuit of a Master's in Applied Behavior Analysis with a focus in childhood clinical disorders. During their time at Endicott College, CJ researched the use of music to promote engagement and skill acquisition— graduating with honors in 2024. Today, CJ's areas of specialization and interest include trauma-informed and compassionate care, language development, social groups, and adaptive independence. In their free time, CJ enjoys rollerblading, playing with their dog, and puzzling.
