Owner, Founder, CEO

Dan is a serial entrepreneur that has built, merged, acquired, and sold companies over his career. Over the last 20 years he has been building ICAN, a leader in the diagnosis and treatment of children and families affected by autism and other developmental challenges. He also holds a bachelor’s degree from Western Washington University and a masters from Southern Illinois University.

Nicole has held her Occupational Therapy license for over a decade and loves working with children in early intervention services. Nicole's favorite part of working for ICAN is working along side other people who are as passionate as she is about creating change in the lives of children and their families. In Nicole's free time she loves being creative and doing new craft activities and taking care of her plants. She also loves going for hikes and doing yoga with her husband and friends.
